The TaylorMade M5 Tour Driver brings an intriguing blend of control and adaptability to your game, which becomes quite evident as you take it out on the course. With its compact 435cc head, it’s geared towards advanced players and professionals who appreciate the art of shot shaping and control with reduced spin. As soon as you pick it up, the sleek design not only visually appeals but also contributes to a boost in club head speed, translating to impressive ball speed and increased distance, particularly if you have a faster swing.
While it might have a lower MOI, its forgiveness level is surprisingly high for a player’s driver. The innovative Twist Face technology steps in admirably to correct off-center hits, offering some leeway to those not-so-perfect swings. The driver shines with a low-mid trajectory that can be tailored to the skilled golfer’s needs, whether you’re navigating doglegs or playing with the wind.
Striking the ball, you’ll notice a pleasantly solid and satisfying sound, providing clear and instant feedback on the good hits and the not-so-good ones. This response is crucial for those focusing on refining their skills. Aesthetically, it maintains the classic M5 appearance but with a subtle, refined twist, likely to catch the eye of those who prefer a more streamlined look. For golfers keen on achieving just the right amount of workability from the tee, the M5 Tour makes a compelling case.

M5 Tour driver features the same incredible technologies of its bigger M5 brother—like Speed-Injected Twist Face and Inverse T-Track—in a smaller, Tour-inspired 435cc package. The result is improved aerodynamics for increased clubhead speed, refined players shaping for enhanced workability, and lower spin properties for more distance and control. Factor those elements in with the “spicy” nature of Speed Injection, and M5 Tour becomes a truly powerful and versatile tool to have off the tee.
